About the Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Beans

  2. Tomatoes

  3. basil leaves

  4. onion

  5. garlic

  6. EVOO

  7. salt

  8. balsamic vinegar 

  9. Fresh ginger & turmeric

  10. Emm Daniel's celery pesto or one of the olives

Preparation

  1. Soak beans overnight (all types of beans you have in your pantry

  2. Next day boil the beans till done and then refrigerate once cool (you can prepare beforehand)

  3. Chop tomatoes, basil leaves, onion to taste

  4. Before eating mix the chopped veggies with the mixed beans

  5. Add smashed garlic, EVOO, salt, balsamic vinegar and one of our secret ingredients 🤫 a spoon of celery pesto or one of the olives

  6. And of course don’t forget to grate fresh ginger & turmeric - as I do to ALL my recipes 😜

  7. Et voila, easy, healthy and yummy dish
